Refund & Return Policy
Standard items
We accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
To start a return, contact us at info@toodleroos.com with your order number. Once your return is approved and received, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (see below).
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@toodleroos.com within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order has begun processing after this window, we're unable to guarantee a cancellation, since we work to get orders printed and shipped quickly.
Personalized & custom items
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, all sales on personalized items are final — we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing changes, or similar reasons on custom/personalized products.
Exception — our error: If your personalized item arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective due to an error on our part, contact us at info@toodleroos.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will ship a replacement item to correct the mistake at no additional cost to you, as quickly as possible.
If an issue with a personalized item is not the result of our error (for example, incorrect personalization details submitted at checkout), the sale remains final. At our discretion, we may offer store credit in these situations — reach out and we're happy to see what we can do.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged from shipping, please contact us within 14 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What's not eligible for return
- Personalized/custom items (except our error, as noted above)
- Items returned worn, washed, or altered from original condition
- Items returned without prior contact/approval
